1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 777det website at https://777det.bet and all associated pages, services, games, and tools.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and bonus funds held in your Account at any given time.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by you that are not subject to any wagering requirement.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits or free-play amounts credited to your Account under a specific offer, subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all Accounts on the Platform are denominated.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be bet before it and any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which access to the Platform is restricted, blocked, or legally prohibited.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity.
• You have not previously been excluded from gambling services or had an Account closed by 777det for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee, contractor, or director of 777det or its game providers.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update your registration details promptly if any information changes. 777det reserves the right to refuse registration or close an Account where eligibility criteria are not met or where information provided is found to be false or misleading.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 777det will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

You must notify 777det support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account or if you have reason to believe your login credentials have been compromised. All activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not, remains your responsibility unless and until you have formally notified 777det of a security incident.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

777det accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in BDT. The following conditions apply to all payment transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The maximum single deposit amount is ৳5,00,000.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The maximum single withdrawal amount is ৳5,00,000.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible, to comply with anti-money-laundering requirements.
• 777det reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. This may include a copy of your national identity card, passport, or a recent utility bill confirming your address.
• Withdrawal requests are ordinarily processed within 2–4 hours for bKash and Nagad. Processing times for other methods may vary.
• 777det is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile network operators, or banking systems.
• Deposits that have not been wagered at least once on any real-money game are not eligible for immediate withdrawal. This restriction is in place to prevent money-laundering via the Platform.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

777det offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Each promotion is available to eligible players only, as defined within the specific offer terms.
• Bonuses are credited to your Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly within each promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will expire if wagering requirements are not met within the time period stated in the promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at any time. If you opt in to a new bonus while a previous one remains active, the previous bonus may be forfeited at 777det's discretion.
• 777det reserves the right to cancel, modify, or extend any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Attempting to abuse any promotional offer — including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic exploitation of wagering patterns, or coordinated play — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in permanent account closure.

6. Betting Rules — Sportsbook

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the 777det Platform:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation.
• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by 777det are final and binding, subject only to the settlement provisions below.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, 777det reserves the right to void bets and return stakes to the player's Real Money Balance. Specific rules for each sport and competition will be published in the Sportsbook Rules section of the Platform.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to availability. 777det reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time without notice.
• Where a bet is placed in error due to a manifest odds error or technical fault, 777det reserves the right to void the bet and refund the stake, regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed. The determination of whether a manifest error has occurred rests solely with 777det.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. These limits are detailed within the Sportsbook terms published on the Platform.

7. Casino and Game Rules

All casino games, live dealer tables, slots, and crash games available on the 777det Platform are governed by the rules of the respective game as published by the game provider. In the event of any conflict between in-game rules and these Terms, these Terms take precedence on matters relating to account management, payments, and bonuses; game provider rules take precedence on matters relating to individual game mechanics and payouts.

The return-to-player (RTP) percentages published for each game are theoretical long-run averages. Individual session outcomes may vary significantly from these averages. 777det does not guarantee any minimum return or profit from casino play.

In the unlikely event of a technical fault during a game — including server disconnections, game freezes, or software errors — 777det's system logs will be used to determine the state of the game at the point of interruption. Where possible, interrupted games will be resolved to completion. Where resolution is not possible, affected stakes will be refunded to the player's Real Money Balance.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 777det Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different identity details.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or identity verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under the age of 21.
• Using automated betting scripts, bots, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or vulnerability in the Platform to obtain credits, winnings, or advantages not legitimately earned.
• Using the Platform to launder money or for any other illegal financial activity.
• Depositing funds from a payment method that is not registered in your own name.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour toward 777det staff or other players via any communication channel on the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform via a VPN, proxy server, or other anonymising technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions.

9. Identity Verification (KYC)

777det operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with responsible gambling and anti-money-laundering best practices. You may be required to provide identity verification documents at any stage of your relationship with 777det, including but not limited to:

• Before processing your first withdrawal.
• When your account activity exceeds thresholds that trigger enhanced due diligence.
• When there is a reasonable suspicion that account activity is inconsistent with your stated profile.
• When you request a significant change to your registered payment method.

Acceptable identity documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate accompanied by a secondary document such as a bank statement or utility bill showing your registered address. 777det will handle all KYC documents in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal suspension or account closure.

10. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.

11. Account Closure and Termination

Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

777det reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have provided false or misleading information.
• Your Account activity indicates money laundering, fraud, or other illegal conduct.
• A court order or regulatory authority directs 777det to do so.
• 777det decides, at its sole discretion, to cease offering services in your jurisdiction.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 777det reserves the right to withhold all balances pending investigation. Balances may be permanently forfeited where the breach involves fraud, money laundering, or abuse of the Platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777det shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any technical fault, server downtime, or interruption to Platform services.
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information presented on the Platform.
• Losses incurred through gambling activity on the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

777det's total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount of your Real Money Balance held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the 777det Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and underlying code, is the intellectual property of 777det or its respective licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of 777det. Unauthorised use of Platform content may constitute copyright infringement and will be pursued accordingly.

14. Privacy and Data Protection

777det collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may review our Privacy Policy at any time via the link in the footer of the Platform.

15. Amendments to These Terms

777det reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 777det will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Clause 11 above.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute between you and 777det arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct negotiation via [email protected]. 777det aims to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receiving a formal complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, the matter may be referred to an independent dispute resolution process as notified by 777det from time to time. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms published on the Platform from time to time, constitute the entire agreement between you and 777det with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties relating to the same subject matter. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
